Etude House Moistfull Collagen Essence in Base Review.
Hi everyone~! Like what I have mentioned in my previous post, I went shopping last Saturday and I showed you the things I bought. I promised that I'm gonna make a review for each of them, but please let me start with the one I love the most. I have mentioned before that I repurchased Etude House's Moistfull Collagen Essence in Base because my first bottle already ran out. I usually don't repurchase things for I always want to buy new things to try, so the fact that I buy them again, then that means the product worked for me very very well~.♥
So this is how it looks like:
Ahaha~Okay, so see the first bottle with the Deco Tape?? I know it looks funny, but I have to put it since I accidentally dropped it and it broke!T_T That's when I realized that I love the packaging since the product is inside that orange capsule shaped plastic, so once you drop it, the product won't spill out. Genius~!
The cap looks like this, you have to turn the cap counter clockwise first to dispense the base.
Here's the list of things I love about it:
1. It smells really really good. The smell is too soft. I actually don't know how to describe the scent, but it is not too strong.
2. The base is never too hard to blend! It does not dry up easily and a pea size amount can cover the entire face.
3. The pinkish, shimmery color of the base gives me a very natural dewy look. It doesn't make me an Edward Cullen dupe. The shimmers are very subtle so I could wear it whatever the weather is (Even on a hot weather, okay?! Wow~).
4. I have a very oily type of skin, so in that case, most of the products that offer moisture will make my face look terribly oily. But~!! This item never made me look like that..never! It makes my skin look healthy.
5. It's not heavy at all. It gives me the feeling that I'm not wearing make up at all. And actually, If I just wanna intensify my skin shade, i mean if i wanna refresh my face, I could reapply this anytime plus a little spray of my Face mist.
6. It has SPF22/PA+ and it's only 698php($18) for 30ml.
7. It suits all skin tone. My skin tone is medium and it works for me well. My sister skin is darker than mine, since she's a morena, but it also works for her! It's not too light for her skin.
♥♥♥♥♥
Remember, once you go to Etude House, you might find it confusing to look for this product since there are several bottles that has the same design, because of course, they are on the same line. There are foundations, and other shades of bases. Mine is #2 Shimmer Essence Base.
Let's go the swatches to let you know what I'm really talking about~!♥
Like what I said, it has pale pinkish color. It actually looks like a lotion. In that photo, the base was not yet well blended so as you can see, it seems to be very light on my skin.
Here in this photo, I already blended it out. See the difference? It actually made my skin look healthy and a little bit dewy (but the lightning sucks a bit because of the cloudy weather, it actually looks perfect in person.). But of course, this one gives you no coverage since it is only a base.
So, people who wants heavy coverage won't probably like this.
This is my photo wearing Moistfull Collagen Essence in Base~! I did not put any bb cream or liquid foundation or highlighter, Only the Moistfull base, Loose Powder and skin79 concealer for my dark circles and my pimple over there.hahaha~
Bye~! Wait for my next review. I have to do some paper work now.haha~♥
