I'm sorry, but Shingler should not be considered for selection in the Welsh team. After choosing Scotland over Wales, then being denied by the IRB because he played a game for the U/21's, he decides he's still a 'welshman'. No, mate. Any player competing for Wales, or any country in fact, should have the utmost pride in the jersey that they wear. Trying to qualify for another country because you may have a better chance of getting a few games or a couple of extra dollars is not pride in your country and jersey. Maybe it's a sign that rugby is really turning into a money-hungry sport, just as football and American sports have done, which is extremely sad if it is true.
