Have You Seen Kikaider REBOOT (2014)?
Yes
No, but I've seen another piece of media in the series
No, but I'm aware of it
I've never heard of this
The Terrible Couple
翔んだカップル (1980)
Eheheheh, this tweet says that Doflamingo was probably modeled after Shingo Tsurumi’s character from Shark Skin Man and Peach Hip Girl (1999).
More funky gangsters
Designing Sagawa to look exactly like his actor Shingo Tsurumi was one of the best choices the developers of Yakuza: 0 ever made. He’s a handsome man, yes, but the soft, vacant gaze and the ever-present weak smile align with the character arc of a deeply amoral functional bureaucrat perfectly. 10/10 would shudder at again.
