My Nadeko headcanon that’s probably gonna be deconfirmed is that due to permanent sun damage due to how things just were in shinomonogatari. It would make sense if Nadeko got some hyperpigmentation or permanent sun damage due to to unprotected consistent exposure to sunlight.

Reading Monogatari characters talk about the coronavirus pandemic feels even weirder than Musubi's "Tsukihi is in college now!". in my mind they're always stuck in a nebulous late 2000s/early 2010s timeframe
