Chaerin was in much better shape now than she was in her younger days, that much anyone who knew her could see and know but when it came to sports, she had two left feet and was a hopeless mess, but that never stopped her from trying to play and her competitiveness made her work even harder, sometimes surprising everyone, including herself, with just how good she could be.
A simple suggestion for playing some soccer wasn’t something Chaerin would refuse. Over all the sports that she had experienced, it didn’t require any extra work the way something like hockey or badminton would. All she needed were her feet and herself and that was something that she could easily provide.
She had changed into more appropriate clothes for the occasion, tying her hair up in a bun as oppose to a ponytail because she knew it would hit her in the face while she ran and hurried to meet with Shin, hoping that he wouldn’t have been waiting too long for her.
As soon as she reached her destination, she waved at the familiar figure, a smile on her face before running towards him, skidding to a stop in front of him.
“You ready to play?” she asked, a grin on her face. “How about we make it interesting? Loser buys winner drinks,” she suggested, a part of her mentally cursing the competitive side of herself for jumping the gun and offering such a proposition, especially when her chances of winning were slim to none.
