Wait, but if Aradia had no tower and Sollux had two, wouldn't that just even the towers out?

Aradia was in the centre on Derse, and Sollux counts as one of the “6″ on Derse, so what actually happened is Derse had 5 towers (Sollux, Nepeta, Equius, Eridan, Feferi) and Prospit has 7 (Tavros, Gamzee, Karkat, Kanaya, Terezi, Vriska, Sollux)

If Aradia had been a Prospit player instead, the number of towers wouldn’t have mattered, except if she had “switched” places with a different troll and they became Derse instead as well, in which case they would have had 6 on either side

but yeah in canon the Trolls had odd numbers of towers on both ends that don’t match up with eachother

Kanaya’s shirt either says “kuso” or “Kuro” I’m not 100% up to snuff on my hiragana. If it’s Kuro, that means black. But what’s kuso mean???

as an upstanding student in Japanese class i am up-to-snuff with my hiragana and can tell y’all already that Kanaya’s shirt says “kuso” and it means “shit” :p

Her hair's pink at the tips though? And dye, from experience, starts disappearing at the root. The two just seem to like dip-dyeing their hair.

I do like this theory, but also makes me question where Al's sis got the pink hair tips from. Maybe to match her bro, in her own way.

Yeah good point. I couldn’t decide if they were pink tips or just stylistic highlights to her hair color. But now that I look at it they do look dyed pink.

Also yeah I...never dyed my hair so I’m not the most experienced with how that turns out. But I think you’re right it’d show at the scalp where new hair grows in.

Oh man them both just dip dying their hair together would be so adorable.

If you think plant powers are good for the character simply change the gem. I'm guessing there are suitable gems out there that mesh with the personality and can be associated with plants

You were right to question them, btw because bicolored tourmaline could refer to Blue-capped tourmaline, pink-black, green and yellow, whatever so long as it had two colours. Watermelon Tourmaline does have two colours, yes, but saying watermelon gets the point across. Also sometimes it has stripes of white in it too, so it could technically be a tri"colour" tourmaline if you wanna get into semantics.

I know the most common image that comes up for “Bi Colored Tourmaline” is Watermelon Tourmaline, but I also know other types exist because I’ve done palettes for them (I’ve done a Red Blue Tourmaline palette before). And that is true, Watermelon Tourmaline often had pink, green, and white all together. So basically, I agree with you lol. -Mod Stevonnie

A symbiote, or a symbiotic relationship implies both parties benefit from the attachment. A parasite simply takes root and takes what it needs from the host. That’s the kind of difference ^_^b

ah yes, i know. it’s called the symbiote because they do technically benefit off each other, she just doesn’t see it that way.

for clarifcation on that post, i guess, as it seems to have caused some confusion: i just didn’t know if i should put numei back to normal or keep the fact that the symbiote turned her into viera for the sake of disguise.
