I’m laughing about JayKyle, you know how in most Batfam shipping Bruce is ridiculously overprotective and the rest of the Batfam’s usually trying to get him to chill? JayKyle can invert this. Kyle is Bruce’s favorite lantern. Bruce actually actually LIKES Kyle. Bruce might believe Kyle can be trusted with his son. Meanwhile everybody else is just 🔪🔪🔪 because Bruce isn’t monopolizing the shovel talks so it’s free real estate LMAOOO

I can't see any of the Bats giving shovel talks tbh. Like, this is the same family that sent their youngest member off to a death tournament all smiles like "have fun bby! go find yourself!! don't forget to pack granola bars and extra water!!! don't die again!!!!" I feel like if any of them tries to shovel talk anyone's significant other it'll grow into a whole Production. literally if it happens to any single one of them they'll all be like "ARE YOU TRYING TO CONTROL ME!!!111!!11!1!!!!!?!?!?!" and throw a hissy fit and dig their brother's old costume out of the dumpster and break off and go on this whole finding-yourself soul-searching journey and find an older man to be their sugar daddy and

Are you up to some wholesome family feels? Like dmc3 Dante ends up in Fortuna for reasons unknown (even to him), comes across little baby Nero and snatches him up in a panic. Back at the Devil May Cry, Lady cannot believe how cute this kid is or how good Dante is at the whole dad thing. Especially with how Dante just keeps cuddling Nero, it's so cute and Lady is so offended because Dante is incredibly irritating but throw a kid at him and he's adorable!

Lady as a young woman never thought about kids. When she saw babies in public rarely she would look at them or even think of them as cute. Kids were... There. 

After the shock of a baby in the shop, and after a very extensive explanation from Dante she made an exception about her indifference toward kids for Nero. 

He was all chubby cheeks and cute babblings. 

Now, Dante acting all “daddy” was making things to her. 

How a guy who can barely take care of himself, she was pretty sure a year or so ago he had scurvy, was so good in taking care of a baby? 

What was happening? 

Lady snapped when Dante got a baby carrier. She and every single woman in the city. 

The worst was that Dante was completely oblivious, he just had eyes for little Nero. 

“Stop, that!”, the three of them were in the kitchen, Nero in his high chair and Dante feeding him a horrible pea puree. 

“What?”

“tHAT!”, Lady just made an all over the place gesture as an intent of explanation. 

“Do you understand her, Nero?”, the baby laughed in response.

“Are you going to play daddy forever?”

“Why? Do you want some too?”, he smirked and Lady really, really wanted to punch him.

So I was thinking about how similar Nozel and Noelle’s names are but how Nebra and Solid’s are different and thought maybe Noelle was named after Nozel. Then I started thinking about WHY Acier would name one of her kids after another. Then I remembered how Nozel was probs that kid Vanica took hostage and got to watch his mother get cursed and die. So au where that’s switched and Acier watches her child take a curse meant for her and slowly die (I’m so sorry)

Do you mind if I ask for headcanons and your opinions on the Silva siblings?

My opinions on the Silva’s has historically been negative, but I’m trying to be more open-minded so here’s some headcannons:

After Noelle saved him during the elf invasion arc, Solid had to reevaluate his entire personality and relationship with Noelle. He’s still not perfect, but he’s actively trying to be a better brother and person in general.

Nebra went through a similar change, but she still feels too awkward and guilty around Noelle to talk to her much. She still needs some time.

Nozel frequently wrote letters to Noelle while she trained in the Heart Kingdom asking about her progress and also about how Asta and Mimosa were which made Noelle really happy.

Noelle hasn’t fully adjusted to her siblings acting differently, but she appreciates that they’re trying.

On a more fun note

These kids definitely grew up doing typical rich-kid things

They did horseback riding every week and Nozel formed a special bond with his, he gave her a braid like his.

I mentioned in a previous ask that Noelle is an amazing pianist, but her siblings play some things as well: Nebra plays the violin and the harp, Nozel plays the piano as well, and Solid is a fairly skilled flautist.

Nebra is also an excellent painter, but she’s overly critical of her own work, so she never shows anyone.

Nozel also has a strong interest in fashion. He modeled his hairstyle on a style he saw after someone he saw in a fashion magazine (do they have those in the Clover Kingdom? They do now.) He insists it’s quite popular among Heart Kingdom nobility.

Solid will sometimes disappear for hours and no one really knows where he goes, but he likes to take long walks in the forest by himself and just listen to the quiet gentle sounds around him. He really values his alone time.
