Architect Georg designed a holiday home for a couple of friends that crosses the Finnish archipelago landscape like a ship, and they also wanted their own sculpture park outside. The front porch and door certainly resemble a ship. 

The living room seating group overlooks the sea. There’s a sculpture in the corner and sculptures on the window by the owner’s friend.

An Artichoke luminaire fits the space.

A loft resembling a ship’s bridge, is decorated as a library.

The closures of the metal wires to the stairs leading to the library in the loft are from a sailing ship.

The dining area is simple and elegant.

The kitchen is located in the middle of the home.

Old maps and graphics adorn the walls. They are sourced from antique stores.

The open corner of the dining area is heated by an open fireplace. The wooden floor is protected by a brass plate.

Outdoors in the sculpture garden, Estonian sculptor Aivo Uri made the pavilion from metal pipes according to the drawings of the homeowner.
