*I had Jaspis on the list to include, but I can't find a single reason to like it, having been in a very similar situation as Lapis was then. I haven't finished any fics of it to know what they're like, and I don't plan to. (I read at least one fanfic for every other ship on here to be as accurate as possible) I've started some Jaspis fics, but due to having been traumatized by the same things Lapis has, I can't bear to read them without mentally breaking down. I have nothing against people who ship this, let's get that straight. My only problem is that I get ptsd flashbacks; I'm not trying to make Jaspis shippers mad, tell them their ship is bad, or anything of the sort. I simply can't handle saying positive things about it for personal reasons. Thank you for understanding.

Friendships are welcome!  Sometimes people who don’t vibe romantically can be great friends.

A ship might not be in the cards, but I have 6 other characters, so if you want to rp with me/ship/whatever, maybe one of my others will be better suited.

All of my characters are open to all genders as well as poly relationships.

None of my characters are into scat, watersports, or mommy/daddy kink, as these are squicks of mine.

I’m going to follow the same format as those before me, because I like how they did it.  So, without further ado:

SFW:

She tends to be very closed off to begin with when getting to know people. (It’s the trauma).  But what she wants more than anything is to have a family.

Her trust isn’t easily gained, but once she does trust someone and feel safe with them, she will do everything in her power to keep them safe. 

She prefers spending time with just people that she knows over going somewhere terribly public, though she’s not opposed to the occasional evening at a bar people-watching and playing games as long as she has someone that she feels comfortable with accompanying her.  Being outdoors is her favorite though.

She has a passionate streak that can sometimes run away with her.  But then the reality of her curse and the danger it can put people in comes crashing over her and she is likely to pull away. 

She is very easily flustered and not terribly adept at flirting.

Her primary love languages are quality time and acts of service.  Someone that she can feel comfortable being around, whether they’re talking about their lives or sitting in silence while they each do their own thing is a must.

She has a daughter, Sophie, whom she hopes to be able to raise once her curse is broken.  Her dream is to be able to have a family with her partner(s), Sophie, and any other kids they may have without fear of her family or curse taking them from her.

She’s a bit of a wildcat in bed (pun intended). She likes it somewhat rough with a bit of power play.

She leans toward a more dominant role, but has a lot of fun when her partner tries to claim dominance.

Her sex drive is partially tied to the lunar cycle, ramping up significantly the closer it is to a full moon.  She’s fine with more casual sexual relationships mainly because of this.  Her libido is nigh unbearable the night before a full moon, and she needs to take the edge off, even if it means braving a crowded bar.

Though she does have a strong preference for sleeping with a romantic partner.

Callista is inexperienced in all things romance.  She’s focused on her duty to heal others for so long that she’s neglected to form her own relationships, including for the most part friendships.  As such, she tends to be very lonely.

Her primary love languages are acts of service and either quality time or gifts, though her gifts tend to fall almost into acts of service territory given how practical they tend to be. Please do things for her.  She will cry, but it will be happy tears.  She’s so used to doing for others that the idea of someone else doing things for her is foreign.

She tends to be warm and soft toward everyone, but especially those she feels any sort of connection to.  More than most of my other characters, she lends herself to a friends-to-lovers kind of romance.

She’s very earnest and tends to express her feelings as she recognizes them, but she tends to be slow to recognize any romantic feelings she might have unless the object of her affection reciprocates and is more forward

She is prone to anxiety and depression, so someone who helps ground her and helps her feel safe is a plus.  Please be patient with her when she’s anxious. She also has zero combat capability, so while not mandatory, someone who can literally protect her from the various demons and shit in this setting is a plus.

As previously mentioned, she’s inexperienced in all things romance, including sex, so be prepared to be her first in most rps/shipping situations. 

However, once she’s experienced sex, kissing, etc., she finds she really likes it.  The intimacy in particular is what she likes.

She’s pretty vanilla.  Not really into kink, though she can get a little into dom/sub dynamics so long as there’s a certain gentleness to it and lots of praise.

More than my other characters, Amaranth is looking for her soulmate.  She believes strongly in fate.  The flip side of this is that she believes she’ll know her soulmate immediately.  This means that if she doesn’t immediately know someone is her soulmate, she will likely see the relationship as temporary from the get-go.  Eventually she may see that she was wrong, but that’s still how things tend to start.

She’s not one to deny herself life’s pleasures, so if she enjoys someone’s company, she will seek it out.  However, she also isn’t the type to chase after anyone if they don’t reciprocate the effort.  She’s very comfortable with herself and knows her own value.

She likes to have fun and prefers dates that involve going out, dancing, and being social over a quiet night in.  Not that she doesn’t enjoy the occasional quiet night, but she gets stir-crazy easily.

Amaranth is outgoing, flirtatious, warm, and personable, often able to befriend most anyone. If flirtation is a game, she’s a pro, and she doesn’t fluster easily.

As loyalty and respect are very important to her, if she is in a relationship she won’t flirt with others anymore and expects the same from her partner.  She will however continue to dress provocatively and make friends, so anyone too possessive won’t work super well.

Her primary love languages are touch and quality time. Touch in particular is important to her, so her partner would have to be comfortable with her touchiness, at least once they become involved if not immediately.

i guess i havent heard of their ship cause i dont follow the bundesliga too closely (i should!) ok important questions 1. whats their ship name? and 2. where do you recommend i start with fanfic? 3. any other major german ships i should know about?

OMG YOU HAVE SOOOO COME TO THE RIGHT PERSON. First of all, welcome to heaven. The Germans (or the Gaymans as I like to call them) are the Gayest people on this earth. Some say it’s the Spanish, but they have Sergio Ramos and that’s all.

To answer your questions:

1) Götzeus. Although most people post in the ‘gotzeus’ tag I think, you can also write it as  goetzeus. But that looks stupid.

2) WHERE DO YOU START OMG you’re lucky enough to start shipping them now because when I started shipping them there were litterally 2 English fics on the entire internet. So anyway, let me first do some shameless self-promotion:

1 (This is where I post my fics. I have 15 Götzeus fics but there’s some other gay stuff)

2 (This is where all the other AO3 people post their Götzeus. To be honest I haven’t been here in forever because Götzeus hurts like hell. It’s worth it though.)

AO3 is where I usually get my football fanfics, because it’s so lovely and organised. There’s probably stuff on Tumblr, LJ, and things spread across the internet. I’m thinking about doing a rec list some time soon though.

3) YES. So okay, master otp: Schweinski (Bastian Schweinsteiger/Lukas Podolski). There’s evidence in the Schweinski tag on my blog or just in the general Schweinski tag it’s just SO DAMN CUTE. They met in like 2005 or something? Lukas used to play for Bayern Munich with Basti, but he was always on the bench and even downgraded to FCB II, so he was unhappy, plus everyone was calling them Schweinski because they were a good couple (on + off the pitch) which he didn’t like, so then he went to Arsenal and there’s Per Mertesacker who’s also German. Some people ship him with Girolski, but in my opinion Schweinski »»»> Girolski.

One of my personal otp’s is Müllez, who also used to play together in FCB, but then Mario got injured and benched and transfered to Italy and we haven’t heard of him since. Basically what he says here is that he wants to sleep with Thomas. If you ship this, come sit with me and become my friend.

Some people ship Schwomez (Basti + Gomez), but that aint how i roll. There’s lots of other ships, literally tons of them and some people just ship everyone with everyone, but I guess that’s something you have to figure out on the way :)

My final tip: start following the Bundesliga. It’s awesome football, the fandom is awesome, there’s gayness sprinkled all over it. Until transfer window. Then it’s sprinkled with blood and tears.
