leliana and josephine

Who is the clingy one? - I wouldn’t precisely describe either one as “clingy”. But Leliana has a definite tendency to be overprotective of her partner.

Who is more likely to admit a mistake? -Josephine. Leliana can be incredibly obstinate and stubborn, especially when it comes to personal mistakes.

Would they lie to make each other happy? -Yes. Eventually the truth would come out, but both would do nearly anything to protect the other from pain, even if that meant lying to them.

Who is more experimental (in bed)? -Leliana. 

Who is more spontaneous? -Leliana. Josephine’s hard-working determination is something Leliana finds incredibly laudable, but she also takes great pleasure in pushing her partner out of her comfort zone and into an adventure.

What do they do to cheer up each other on a bad day? -Tea. Both women believe in the almost magical restorative qualities of tea and (after a warm embrace) it is the first thing offered when a day has gone particularly sour.

Is there something they’d like to change about each other? -I think both recognize each other’s flaws. Leliana’s secrecy, Josephine’s avoidance of conflict. And as much as these things may cause consternation on occasion, both also recognize that they are just a part of the whole person that they love, and stripping them of their “flaws” would be altering who they are. 

How do they describe one another to other people? -Glowingly. Leliana has no qualms about telling others how lovely, intelligent, and capable Josie is, though she does find her companion a little too apt to trust (something that further endears her to the Nightingale). Josie sees Leliana as beautiful, bold, and strong, though she tends to carry the weight of the world on her shoulders, and hide her pains away from others. 

How are they both at handling money? -Leliana has never had much money to speak of, so it has never been a cause of great importance to her. Josie, however, is excellent at managing money, both personally and on behalf of the Inquisition.

Who is the more romantic one? - Leliana will go out of her way to do something special for Josephine, even if its a simple flower left on the ambassador’s desk. And her knowledge of poetry and the tales of great love make her a worthy suitor. Yet somehow Josephine always manages to say something so earnest and unpracticed as to completely melt Leliana’s heart.

Lazy days or adventure together? Who prefers what? - Both. Sometimes the pair find themselves on a romantic adventure reminiscent of their youth. But with the weight of the Inquisition on their shoulders, sometimes the most important moments are spent just enjoying each other’s company before a warm fire at the end of a long day.

Who is the one more likely to initiate sex? -Leliana. Though this certainly does not always hold true.

If they had a pillow fight, who would win? -Josephine. Leliana would eventually give in, and let Josie win. And Josephine would undoubtedly see through the deception and scold her for it.

Who plans more cute surprises for the other? - Josephine. Leliana’s romance is usually more spontaneous in nature. But Josephine is always the one to plan some special quiet moment for the two of them when she knows it will be most needed.
