I CAN'T EXPLAIN THIS SHIP, OKAY.

By all accounts, it shouldn't appeal to me as much as it does, but there is such a delicious tension between the two of them, the potential of growth between them.

I am deeply in love with Stackson as a brOTP, it's like one of my "makes me very happy when it's in the story" things and somehow, it built from there? It's rare for me to love two characters as a brOTP and as a romantic ship, usually I bro-zone hard and stop romantically shipping two characters when I enjoy their friendship too much. This ship defies that rule though, rare as that happens.

I think the hugest part of that is just how deeply I love both characters and their trauma and it's like... just... making your faves kiss, you know? I love when a ship is just two characters I love, making each other happy.

And damn, the potential of the kanima Nogitsune bonding between them!! That really kills me.

I just think these two are neat, whether romantic or platonic, their dynamic means so much to me.

Chris/Stiles for the ship rant??

Oooh I have to admit I am still like exploring this ship? So far, I have only written them in an OT3 setting with Peter, but I do have two files in my WIP folder for Stargent.

There is such an interesting dynamic between them. I just recently had a GIF set on my dash about when Chris was trying to threaten Stiles (and Jackson) in the hospital and Stiles was all up in his face. That boy's balls are made of steel and I love when he doesn't take shit, I think that's such a good potential.

Also, there is something inherently funny to Stargent in the context of Scallison - Stiles dating the father of his best friend's girlfriend. I like to imagine Stiles climbing out of Chris' bedroom and Scott climbing out of Allison's and they just stare at each other for a very long moment.

And it, quite obviously, appeals to my age gap kink. That silver fox is such a good fit for Stiles, they would be so hot together.

I can't wait to explore them as a two person ship soon (this month, they made my short-list of kinky prompt fills).

I know you watched The Vampire Diaries, so maybe Klaroline? Though i don't know yor opinion about Caroline or Klaus, so I'm interested 🙌

I! LOVE! THEM! SO! FUCKING! MUCH!!!

HOLY shit.

One of 7 (seven) canon ships that I am deeply, horribly, incredibly invested in and have very unhinged feral feelings for. And I mean 7 outta all of the canon ships in all of the movies and shows and books I have ever interacted with. And this ship is one of those seven.

My biggest weakness when it comes to canon ships, specially m/f ships, is the simple rule of thumb - When is a monster not a monster? Oh, when you love it.

Caroline, my beautiful sunshine angel who does not take anybody's shit (including Klaus') is just the perfect woman to balance out Klaus' utterly unhinged bastard energy and murder spree.

And he's so soft for her. Few things melt me more than when the villainous murderer is so soft for the one he loves.

You have no idea how bitter I am about The Originals, how viciously furious I still am that I had to see this whole damn show unfold and Klaroline wasn't endgame. He promised he would wait for her. I kept waiting for Caroline to join the bloody main cast of this bloody show and to become his love interest, I mean holy shit stepmom Caroline for Hope??? Hello? Yes??

Very few shows have devastated me more than the TVD verse with how it ended both these characters after teasing me with a potential of endgame for them, even if it were decades or centuries down the lane, he would have waited for her.

They alone make me want to rewatch Vampire Diaries even though I know it will punch me in the gut and slap me in the face with their awful horrible no good Caroline-related decisions in later seasons. Maybe I'll just stop watching after Klaus leaves. But gods I miss them pretty much every day.

JAGNUS IS JUST SO GOOD AND SO DAMN UNDERRATED, OKAY.

They are literally roommates.

They share the snark and the defense against getting hurt, the strings of one-night-stands, the childhood trauma and daddy issues.

All those things should have bonded them.

And that is not even taking into account the book set up!! The first book literally ended with Magnus giving Jace a flying motorcycle as a gift?? I'm sorry how was I not supposed to sink my teeth into that?

The way they could heal together and just the poetic angle of Jace taking Magnus' last name, the last name that Magnus had forged for himself to give himself an identity, to be shared with Jace who was in a limbo of identity-lessness too.

They are perfect. They are everything.

Not gonna answer the second one here because especially with ship centric asks, I find it really awkward/weird to answer two different ships in one ask. Feel free to send more asks if you have more ships and I'll gladly answer them ;)
