old fancharacter i made when i was 14 that i don't really have anything to do with anymore cuz im not into the show that originally inspired her anymore but i still love her and i missed her. maybe someday ill have something new to do with her :P

found an old character design from 2011 and decided to redraw him - i dont know what ill do with him but i saw him being miserable in an old notebook and i was like hey! no need for that. so i gave him a better wheelchair and now hes much happier :)

THE DREADED RETURN OF SHIRLEY SCOOPS

she's an abrasive gossip, and an amateur journalist

overly touchy-feely, hyperactive, excitable, very loud and talkative

maintains an amateur, non-official newspaper

is kind of rich and well-off financially, so she can afford to produce her paper 

sort of grossed out by PDA. doesn't mind the idea of romance or love in general though (it makes for good stories.)

shes a bit abrasive and insensitive towards her friends but she tries to be supportive of them

she likes to do what she thinks is best for her friends, even when its a really awful bad idea

will push them into situations theyre not comfortable with in the false belief that she's helping them or its for their own good
