i am feeling very. dizzy.
#?????#idk#tbf my breakfast is just lile the last 1/4 of a cheesecake slice#its rich but im not sure its filling#and i took my adderall and lexapro soooo#+ i slept slightly less than i should have#> worry.#and i am oil painting frequently lately so that means paint thinner fumes#its been long enough that that shouldnt be the cause but im worried about feeling this way and THEN painting .#idk maybe ill feel better after a more substantial lunch#im just struggling to look at my work computer#jordan talks#i also did leave a drying painting in my room last night ….. hm#shit .#i usually paint in the basement i just brought it up to compare colors for part of my assignment.#and i totally used gamsol to remove some white that got in my colors ….. augh#sure its low in toxicity comparatively but its not non toxicx
