Change to a new a job

Yesterday(10/08/2020), I really wanted so much to be fired. I only hate my boss, and i’ve been working at this company for 2 years and 8 months. He is graduated in odontology but work as a marketing manager. When I found it at the time, I thougth “what the fuck I doing here at this place??”

The company is a electric material store, they sell cables, lamps, switch lights, etc. When I saw them job opportunity, I though I’ll really work as graphic designer with some people that can handle this area. but it was him...shit.

He demands only things that it’s impossible to understand, he wants to create a great video campaign in the same day and he is so rude and disgusting. Anyway, He is not at the company, and I don’t give a fuck about the chores to do today. Good morning and I don’t care at all.

ELUCUBRAZIONI di una mattina di ciclo

Mi sono rotta il cazzo di cercare disperatamente lavoro retribuito per sopperire all’altro lavoro non retribuito che faccio per visibilità ... so bene che chi leggerà questo scritto riconoscerà benissimo la retribuzione in visibilità, ma che vuol dire?

Ti sto regalando il mio lavoro e tu mi stai sfruttando, ecco cos’è, mi stai schiavizzando, e io, piccola stronza sotto il tuo meccanismo, ci sto perchè se non ci fossi io trovereste ugualmente qualcun’altro. O no? Sbaglio?

Fai il cameriere e ti pagano 25€ la giornata, cosa intendo la giornata? dalle 18.00 del pomeriggio alle 1.00 di notte.

Ma non sto dicendo nulla di nuovo a nessuno, lo so bene ...

Domani andrà meglio, sarò più tranquilla e ricomincerò a lavorare gratis con il sorriso e l’amaro tra i denti.

Ok so fuck this job man! At first I was all hyped to work for an independent cinema, free movies staff discount on all the goodies and shit and a nice team of staff.

Now 3 months on I realise how fucked up the business actually is and much of an alcoholic the owner is. He drinks the profits and treats the entire team like shit. I'm on minimum wage and I basically run the entire cinema plus bar/s and coffee shop along with helping the kitchen staff. The owner and his son (along with all the management) don't appreciate my hard work everyday and instead just take advantage and work me to death.

This week has lead to half the staff handing their notices in and leaving. Now after my shift tonight I'm seriously considering telling this drunk fuck exactly where he can go. This ain't worth it man, the only thing I can think of to justify staying is the free movies.

Hell I could probably run the place better than this guy, shit I basically am already.

This guy needs to back off and learn how to thank his staff. Instead he sits there at home with a crate of wine and watches us on his phone through the cameras. And shit if we even disappear for a second he'll ring and have a go!

so nice of my boss scheduling me into work for the next 2 Tuesdays after asking her for them specifically off because I'm so far behind on college work.  plus on the 11th I'm travelling to Brighton for my Birthday. I'm not working it. What a twat.
