So the general assumption for increasing employment rate seems to have the following ideas:
**Increase retirement age to 75- to keep older Gen X, and younger Baby Boomers in labour force.
**Increase trade education (conventional education is already pretty full for most developed countries).
**Hire more disabled people/force more people with chronic diseases to the workforce.
**Increase women's participation, and increase public childcare to ensure women are never forced to interact with their children.
**Remove holidays, and sick leave.
Most of these are not particularly successful for long term. It is much more likely that the more USA conservative ideas of lowering the age of legal adulthood to 15, and removing minimum wage without sectoral bargaining (most Scandinavian countries do not have nation-wide minimum wages).
