Winthrop- Is secretly afraid that he'll start losing body parts like patchwork but doesn't say it aloud. Tends to go to barrows a lot for frequent exams even though the doc swears he's fine.

Tulip- Has indulgent fantasies of being swept off her feet by a strong, handsome smoothskin with piercing green eyes and hair as black as midnight. If you tell anyone she said this she'll kill you.

Patchwork- Has definitely asked someone to pull his finger then laughed when they actually pulled it completely off. Nobody indulges him in this joke anymore but he keeps trying it like every other day or so.

Ahzrukhal- Has an odd fascination with Barrows' research but won't tell anybody why. Barrows has since stopped talking about his findings outside of the clinic and won't allow ahzrukhal back in.

Charon- Has eaten human flesh before. Don't ask.

Carol- Has also eaten human flesh before. Don't ask.

Greta- Goes to snowflake every other week for dead skin removal. She thinks he looooves to gossip with her. He doesn't.

Snowflake-Is secretly scared of the dark, luckily underworld never turns it's lights off. On the times they occasionally lose power he spends as much time at carol's place as he physically can.

Doc Barrows- It bother's him when ghouls have a couple loose strands of hair on their otherwise completely bald heads. He feels a compulsion to pull them out but never does.

Nurse Graves- Is under the impression that she's going to marry doc barrows one day. The doc is... not quite sure where this assumption came from and just pretends to be in the dark about it.

Mister Crowley-Is banned from wearing his power armor in carols place and he is mad as hell about it. Begrudgingly follows the rule only because winthrop threatened to let his suit fall into disrepair.

Quinn- Desperate for any prostitute that'll fuck a ghoul. Hell, he'll even settle for "openly disgusted but still needs the money."

Willow- Believes she is way more attractive as a ghoul than she was as a smoothskin. Is very insulted (and trigger happy) when tourists imply otherwise.

Griffon- ended up trapped in the basement for so long that he started losing it a bit. He now claims that he can understand and talk to ferals.

Can I get headacanons for how the companions (FO4) and ghouls (FO3) will propose?

for you, of course.

Extravagate measures, only the best for the happiest moment of both of your lives. Plans months, maybe even years in advance. An entire day is spent leading up to the moment, and its that drive to commit to every little detail that shows them that you are the one for them:

-Hancock, Snowflake, Codsworth, Tulip, Greta, Deacon.

More on the casual side of bringing it up beforehand and emphasizing the trust between you two rather than the romantism in the action. Perhaps a bit more on the traditional side. Estimated to happen but still a nice surprise when it does:

-Curie, Maccready, Carol, Doc Barrows, Gob, Nick Valentine, Piper, Winthrop.

Very much a serious and preplanned discussion between you too. No just asking out of the blue for your hand in marriage, but spending a very long time talking about yourselves and your wants and your possible future together. It might sound boring on paper, but its most honest and tender you've ever been with each other, and its a conversation that builds your relationship up stronger than ever:

-Danse, Charon, X6-88, Strong, Cait, Longfellow, Preston, Willow, Crowley.

Spur of the moment. The flames are hot and they are addicted to it. They never wanted something so much and so badly, and it can be very early or very late into your relationship when they ask. Its impulsive and raw, but they aren't doing it out of foolishness. They feel something strong and want it to come to fruition as soon as possible:

-Cait, Ahzrukhal, Quinn, Patchwork, Nurse Graves.

2. Cooking headcanon:

-I feel like everyone in the commonwealth, even those from “the city” know the basics of cooking and hunting just due to sheer necessity. He’s not a pro at it, nor is he very creative with what he’s got to work with, but overall he’s lived independently for so long that he knows what he’s doing. Prefers eating out though

3. Sleeping headcanon:

-A pretty average sleeper all around, not super sensitive too noise but never relaxed enough to sleep too deeply. Always sleeps on his left side, literally can’t sleep on his right side or his back for some reason. Never remembers his dreams unless they’re nightmares that wake him up.

16. Anger headcanon:

-A shit ton of repressed anger he tries to hide. Uses humor to mask how angry he is and to try and calm himself down, and it works pretty well. When he shows his anger he runs his mouth a lot, def too much on his mind at any given time and it all comes out.

13. Nickname Headcanon:

-I feel like curie isn’t really one for nicknames, instead she uses formalities or just peoples names with addressing them. The same goes for lab animals as well. In receiving nicknames, she’s neutral towards them unless they’re derogatory or offensive. She might get confused if the nickname is a little niche or she isn’t sure if you’re addressing her or not. Would probably get a bit flustered if you called her “cutie” as a nickname.

14. Dancing Headcanon:

-Two left feet and everyone seems all to quick to point it out. She can’t help it, motor functions are difficult to learn and master when you never had legs before. She thinks dancing is fun regardless and will participate so long as people don’t heckle her regarding her lack of grace. Likes to watch people dance a lot more than she likes dancing herself.

15. Singing Headcanon:

-Pretty good singing voice though she don’t sing all that often. Doesn’t really hum either, she usually just talks to herself. Might sing along to the radio if she’s with friends, knows most of the words to The Wanderer. Knows some of those simple “learning” songs that are supposed to help kids memories elements and stuff like that.

7. Kissing headcanon:

-Experienced, but probably a bit too unruly for the average person. Very quick to go for hard, open mouth kisses. Really only kisses his groupies during foreplay and maybe accepts kisses from them when he’s chillin but that’s about it.

10. Physical Appearance Headcanon:

-Had surgery to make himself look as close to Elvis Presley as possible but you can still see traces of his old face. Very prominent cheekbones and chin, squarish shaped forehead, has one of those lip shapes that always makes it look like he’s smirking even when he’s not.

17. Soft Spot Headcanon:

-Dogs 100%. He likes their loyalty and their companionship. Always has a dog, feels weird to not have one.

He a sucker for really stupid humor stuff. Anything very goofy or silly is gonna get him bad. He laugh isn’t pretty but he covers his mouth with his hand it’s it’s very bashful

Angry/violent headcanon: he primarily takes to stakeout and spy work not because he’s a bad fighter, but because he’s a really good one. Even though his UP deathclaw days are behind him, he still carries that same level of brutality and aggressiveness, and he is afraid of letting other people see it. He has enough skill to maintain a tight grip on his playful facade and not actually become too enraged to the point where he’s going to do something that’s bad to watch. He’s carved out a perfect socially acceptable fools mask to present to people, he doesn’t want their view of him to go from annoyed to scared or disgusted.
