Stranger design I'm finally happy with.. 💥💣💥

still needs some tweaks here and there, still not 100% on the bow tie/neck situation and still not sure if I should give her a crown or not.. but very happy with this design as a first few doodles that I've coloured..

even though I 100% prefer Super Mario 3D Land over 3D World, 3D World still has some sentimental value to me that I've recently been revisiting. The Tanooki Suit is very cute and fun and I love Peach's Tanooki Suit design, but once you complete the main story levels you unlock Rosalina and her Tanooki Suit is slightly different enough that I found it so much cuter (and I just loved playing as Rosalina too) so I always loved/love playing as her with the Tanooki Suit all the time in the game (even levels where you should probably use other powers lmao)..

so whenever I would lose the Tanooki Suit playing other levels I would always come back and replay this level, "Bob-ombs Below" because it gives you two of the Tanooki Leaves (so I would have one to use and one to hold as a backup)

it's such a simple silly thing, but this specific process I would go through Constantly while playing 3D World has always stuck with me in the back of my mind, from all those years ago playing 3D World on the Wii U, to playing it on the Switch recently. So for this new design for Stranger, I took inspiration from the design of Rosalina's Tanooki Suit (this Tanooki Suit design has always stuck with me since I first saw it anyway, it's what inspired Kirb's design, and my own Sona's too!) but I also wanted to take inspiration from the level itself that gave me that Tanooki Suit that I love so much (which is all about Bob-ombs!)

Vending Machine Elements - Junk 🔩/ Cube 🧊 Mr. Honesty Says; "A Large Immobile Rectangle that dispenses Goodies at the push of a button. Sometimes the Goodies get stuck on those little coils inside and it's really Sad and Sucks why must life be so unfair sometimes.."

Harpy Bird Elements - Orb 🎱/ Glitter 🌟 Mr. Honesty Says; "An exciting New Type Of Insect that knows how to hate. Likes to steal the occasional Chips and/or Fish and also sometimes Newspapers too. Vibrates at a low frequency that Many Scientists have termed 'Extremely Annoying'.."

Zap Cat Elements - Candy 🍭/ Egg 🍳 Mr. Honesty Says; "Some sort of sentient Microwave from a forgotten future or a ruined past, Powered By The Awesome Energy Of A Single Battery. Enjoys eating Paper Mache and PVC Pipes.."
