SHOBOSHO: RAMEN TIME // Chashu pork, bacon broth, bamboo, wasabi peas (aud19) and Shio chicken broth, wontons, Gai lan, fried chicken (aud19) from Shobosho, Adelaide. Menu on the last photo. Loved how the broth was just nice - not too oily or salty. The fried chicken was crispy and succulent. Enjoyed the crunchy wasabi peas that came with the pork ramen. Ramen eggs were gooey. Wontons - while nice - had no filling, they were just wonton skins.
