Long foil venting and the installer actually left the instructions for the vent cover right there at the end of the line which had a mesh net on it. 🤦♂️ ...😮...😤. Trim had to be removed when flooring was done. This is how it was replaced, by propping a piece of wood up in it's spot.
Removed fluorescent lights to install pot lights. Ceiling was only putty'ed over, not repainted. Looks terrible and unfinished.
