Wrote up a long(ish) post earlier on my phone, and it disappeared.
The short version: Liquids - good. Drank water/tea, only 1 coke. Food - pretty good. Ate two servings of our main course (Baked Potato Pizzas) at dinner, and had no room for a salad. Probably actually a good thing - left me less points free this evening to spend on junk. Meant to have a salad for bedtime snack, but ate a second cookie instead. Oh well.
Still really proud of myself for exercising this morning, and equally proud of myself for doing my Postnatal Rescue DVD after the kids went to bed. Thinking I may take the plunge to barefoot/minimalist running at some point TBD later this summer. Can't afford to drop $100 on shoes I may or may not use...so DH and I agreed that if I exercise (cardio) 3x a week for the next 4 weeks I can then buy myself new running shoes.
Muscles hurt. Abs especially. Can't wait to start seeing changes in my body.
