I’m in a fucking crisis. Everything keeps getting worse and more messed up, and there’s no one who gives me a solution or helps me. I quit therapy because of all the stress and lack of sleep, and I’m constantly stuck in my head and dissociating all the time. I don’t remember anything from anyone. I just can’t focus on therapy right now or work on my traumas and patterns. So I won’t be going for a while. There’s no solution to this fucked-up situation, and I’m done trying to fix things. I took too much medication again, so I’m going to try to sleep. Ugh.
