Having not noticed that the other and him were taking the exact same path as they both walked along. Looking up with a moment of surprise and curiosity when they spoke up.

Did they think he was stalking them? He didn't even know who they were, so what would be the point? Plus, if he was stalking someone, he wouldn't be so obvious in his approach.

"I am sorry, it just appears we are going the same way...I can assure you that I am not stalking you."

It wasn't that Ashi preferred solitude, she after all had grown up with her sisters and they were sometime each other's only source of comfort and support. She just didn't want to trouble others nor was use to such positive interactions, still getting use to all of the world she never knew. There was so much she didn't understand still but wanted to learn and see it all, experience she was denied growing up in that dark cave.
