Title: Magic Mushroom Goddess... This image came to me in a dream. I so clearly remember seeing the image of a frame covered in wild mushrooms and a woman deep in prayer. The image feels connected to my own mindfulness practice. Being in the moment, aware of the body, aware of all sensations and what the outer world is offering in that moment. Being mindful feels like praying for me. If I make the effort to have moments of mindfulness during my day, I feel like I have been connected to something greater than just the smallness of my own consciousness. I definitely recommend trying to be mindful during your day. All you have to do is pay close attention to a moment. You can be doing anything.
