The Project
this is an easy one. i am on the asset management platform team. the team is relatively new and has the eventual responsibility of handling digital assets across all of nordstrom's online facets. on the second day of the internship, i was not only introduced to the rest of the team, but also my project for the duration of this internship. i was (and still am) tasked with adding and enabling shoppable content in the platform. things have been going well (although i did break the core build when i merged my first pull requst 😅 ). i've just about finished the backend work for the project, so i have a lot of frontend development coming my way in the next few weeks. it's an exciting time.
