Over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed a lot of my friends decrying the pending onslaught of commercialism, particularly the too-early start to the "official" Christmas shopping season, with Black Friday effectively starting for some large chain stores on Thanksgiving Day.
These same people have also encouraged their friends to shop with small, local businesses. Well, guess what? There are a shit-ton of small, local businesses among you, so maybe that's where all you "screw the big box stores" types can start sticking it to The Man.
