For Sale Or Laese ( EXPLORED!!! ) Hey, it DID used to be a Foreign Film movie house, so maybe with the accent it got lost in the translation. A building that I shot 3 years ago and always meant to come back to, so here it is. Located at 12719 Gratiot, it originally opened in 1926 under the name of the Franklin Theater in Downtown Detroit.
