••Brand New•• •The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me• 2006 was a good year for Brand New fans. We got not only the leaked now-dubbed "Fight Off Your Demons" demos, but a new studio album; the follow up to 2003's Deja Entendu. I remember having to listen to it several times to really absorb what I was hearing. Yes, it was Brand New, but it was a deeper, more matured and refined musical style (example: 'Jesus') than exhibited in previous albums categorized as emo or pop-punk. Jimmy Eat World "Futures" SHIPPING SOON

We've been working our buts off preparing for the arrival of Jimmy Eat World Futures, which should be in today! We're hoping to start shipping orders this weekend through Monday. As with Clarity and Static Prevails, we're just about sold out of our initial inventory (only 40 or so copies left). As we've stated before, we're not expecting more records to be pressed until mid-to-late November - so get your order in ASAP! Likewise, a friendly reminder that we're stilling giving away free Jimmy posters with all SRC orders. As with our record inventory, we only have a small amount of these posters left - so once they're gone, they're gone. SRCVinyl update: Updates on delayed and upcoming projects

First, let's address the status of various projects we've already announced:

Copeland You Are My Sunshine: As you might have heard, our Root Beer Brown shipment was damaged in transit which caused a delay of this variant. The plant is doing their best to rush us new copies and we've been informed they'll be ready no later than mid October (hopefully sooner.) That said, this variant can still be ordered and is selling out quickly:

Hum You'd Prefer An Astronaut: We're told our Clear with Smoke variant should arrive in the next week or two. We apologize for this delay. They've been on order with the plant for a very long time and there's no reason why its taken this long. You can still order a copy here: Hum - You'd Prefer An Astronaut 2XLP

Juliana Theory Love: We received a shipment of test pressings today and Juliana Theory Love is among them! We plan to approve these in the next two days, meaning that this project will finally be wrapping up real soon!! We should have another update in a week or so.

Secondly, we have a HUGE line-up of releases for the remainder of 2014, including 4 in November and 3 in December! Here's the lowdown:

Switchfoot The Beautiful Letdown: This record has been approved and the plant is working on pressing them. Our goal is to release in December. HOWEVER, with the plants completely delayed at the moment, we're waiting on them to confirm that this project can be completed by December before launching a pre-order.

Copeland Beneath Medicine Tree: This record is approved and scheduled for late November / Early December. We're waiting on the plant to confirm that they can meet this street date, and baring any complications we should be launching a pre-order in the next 2 weeks.

Silverchair Neon Ballroom: This record is approved and scheduled for December. We're, once again, waiting on the plant to confirm that there won't be any delays. Pre-order should happen in October to early November.

Likewise, we have a release coming out on November 4th that we've yet to announce. Expect news and a pre-order by early next week.

And if that wasn't enough, we have a couple of titles coming out in December that have not been announced yet. We're hoping to let the cat out of the bag in the next few weeks.

Finally, we're hoping Lit arrives with our latest set of test pressings due to arrive today. Stay tuned.
