types of fronting! we're also autistic so the symptoms of the last one are pretty similar to sensory overload, but it's easy to tell the difference in that case- sensory overload is usually easier to find outside stimuli causing it, whereas the "nobody is fronting" state is entirely internal and can happen seemingly at random (or for us, usually as a byproduct of burnout/getting triggered)
