I've just been for a short walk. It was a tad uncomfortable, but not too bad & it's good for me to move about a bit.

Big Lake Park, Council Bluffs (No. 1)
Big Lake Park is located at 2600 N 8th Street and is approximately 191 - acres in size. This community park has a couple of natural lakes. Big Lake its stocked twice per year with rainbow trout. Trout stocking usually occurs in October and February. The park is improved with two playgrounds, a baseball field and soccer field, tennis court, picnic shelter and restroom facility.

I feel so drugged today. I’ve been dealing with hives for the past few days. Literally. Even went to the ER when I had hives, rib pain and something in my throat. Anyway, had an ultrasound and its not my gallbladder. I’m going to the dr tomorrow. Gonna see if I have an allergy to something I ate. Last night I slept for 13 hrs. I have not had more than 2-3 hrs for the past 3 days. Now I just feel so loopy...

Big Lake Park, Council Bluffs (No. 2)
Council Bluffs is a city in and the county seat of Pottawattamie County, Iowa, United States. The city is the most populous in Southwest Iowa, and forms part of the Omaha (Nebr.) Metropolitan Area. It is located on the east bank of the Missouri River, across from the city of Omaha. Council Bluffs was known, until at least 1853, as Kanesville. It was the historic starting point of the Mormon Trail. Kanesville is also the northernmost anchor town of the other emigrant trails, since there was a steam powered boat to ferry their wagons, and cattle, across the Missouri River.
Council Bluffs' population was 62,230 at the 2010 census. The Omaha metropolitan region, of which Council Bluffs is a part, is the 59th largest in the United States, with an estimated population of 933,316 (2017).
While Council Bluffs is more than a decade older than Omaha, the latter has grown to be a significantly larger city and the anchor of the bi-state metropolitan region.
