i feel like whether you’re a fan of saw or not, there’s parts of the films that are just undeniably hilarious whether it was intentional or not.

so i made a list:

hoffman being gagged with his man boobs out in the saw IV trap, something which gets infinitely funnier when you remember he actively chose to look like that

the random sentry gun in saw 3D

adam’s attempt at acting poisoned

john eating a cassette tape 

peter strahm

billy the puppet’s glittery shoes

hoffman living in and remodelling the nerve gas house (very nicely might i add)

bobby dagen shouting ‘why didn’t you just shut the fuck up!’ at a dead woman

the unfortunate editing at the end of VI that makes it look like hoffman’s pissing on erickson’s dead body 

the de-aging backwards cap which appears not once, but twice

update on the state of saw city:

hoffman and strahm are now living together and are very slowly falling in love. hoffman had a minor inconvenience and lost his crush for like five minutes before getting it back again which feels oddly accurate

adam’s acting very canonically accurate while lawrence’s being a right egotist

lynn is lezzing out HARD (they have since started dating!!)
