When I travel to Perth I ALWAYS make it my business to visit the team at @shortorderburgerco in Freemantle 🍔🍔 My usual has been a supercharded Short Order beef stack (rediculously good). Short Order Burger: Blackwood valley organic grass fed beef pattie with smoked mozzarella, American cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, ketchup and short order sauce; aud14 from Short Order Burger Co, Perth CBD (next to Apple store). Second pic with side of fries and a choice of sauce (add aud5). Menu on @perthfoodmenu Came here because of Martin from @morsels_perth ‘s recommendation. The beef patty was juicy and it was quite the challenge to eat the burger as the sauces sandwiches between the brioche bun halves (mustard, ketchup and short order sauces) were plentiful. Not quite sure how people manage to add more sauces (they have a wide selection of condiments on the counter if you wish to add more)!
