Super cute way of delving into some lighthearted trivia.
The jokes don't always land for me but I love how expressive the characters are.

When we first see Souma in game, there's a line he says which is: "I'm not the me you know anymore".
This 4 koma plays on that by having Yuki reveal all the embarassing things little Souma used to do.
"you're no longer my shy and honest little brother? You're no longer the Souma who has to crawl into my futon because he can't sleep by himself? You're not longer the Souma who can't fix his bed wetting?"
Souma confirms each statement with increasing strength.
It would be nice if someone could translate the 4koma right? -w- I love little Souma too >w<

I can help explain the most recent two (with little Souma, little Yuki and Akira)
Souma asks Akira what his favourite onigiri filling is. He says ume (plum). Souma says to Yuki "see, I know Akira best". Yuki is sad because she swears he said to her before he liked okaka (dried bonito).
In the next 4koma Akira says "of course I like okaka too." He then asks Yuki what her favourite filling is. She joyfully proclaims "okaka". Then he asks Souma who, kind of caught off-guard, shyly says "ume"
So Akira is going to make ume and okaka onigiri for lunch, much to the joy of the two :)
