Once Rapunzel, Eugene, and Cassandra were in the chamber where the moon stone was being kept, taking their action music with them, leaving the others in the destroyed room in a awkward silence.
Lance was off to the side, quietly chattering with Max about how he 'might believe in this stupid destiny stuff.' Fidella was trying to keep Shorty away from the rubble so he would not kill himself.
Which left . . . Adira and King Edmund alone . . . to stare at each other.
King Edmund: So. . . how have you been?
Adira: You mean how have I been after you forced me and everyone else out and away from yourself and our homes without any advice from your trusted advisers?
King Edmund: *gulped*
Adira: If that is what you mean, then I have been fine spending years finding the sun drop, only to have all my old friends turn from me and become my enemies.
