I have the exact same problem. Like being tall is great but it's also one of the major things I get anxiety about and stuff.
yeah, i've been better about it the last couple years? but for like 4, 5 years when i was in middle school/high school it was basically the worst. i used to slouch soooo bad, like subconsciously trying to make myself shorter
