And with that, The Flapperette is in the books! Congratulations to Hermes and his creator, @belsasim​​, and thank you to all who participated in this challenge!

How it all broke down:

Hermes seemed to have entered the competition with a plan from which he never strayed. He hung back during the first rounds, then–suddenly!–he came alive and dominated the competition from his first Immunity Win. Looking over the aggregate scores week-to-week, he maintained an at-least-thirty point lead over his closest competitor during any given week. I’d call him the one to beat, but… he couldn’t be beaten!

Hermes finished the competition with an aggregate score of 246. The highest possible aggregate score (without week-to-week potential bonuses) was 250. At the time of his proposal, he and Frances had the following sentiments:

And of course, he fathered their eldest child, Betty, conceived during her parents’ Destination Date.

I’ll do one more short write up about the competition later, since this was a new pursuit for me and I love to blather ~reflect. Until then, here’s one more pic of the (happy?) family:
