Mini Spiel
My friend and I were in class today talking about the handy protection we want on us when we go to college such as pocket knives, pepper spray and tasers. One male approached to ask what we needed protection from and we said assault, harassment, and just men in general. He then proceeded to say “There’s nothing a ‘Hey fuck off’ can’t fix with anyone.”
I think he may have been joking but I think this just goes to say something about how some people still think. This ISNT A PERFECT world and I told him that and he totally dismissed me. This isn’t okay. I’m fucking AFRAID of being attacked and/ or assaulted.
Someone please help inform the WORLD on the fears of everyday people going out into the public alone in fear of their life.
