I can't remember how many year's ago I started on this shower room. Happy to finally getting back to it. Cleaned it out a bit better so that I can get better use of it. It's the only fully operational sink in the house at the moment. I've got two more drain line's to hook up. Fortunately I've got all the water line's done a while ago except that kitchen sink line I did a few months ago. I am thinking I might use the tiled kitchen area for the fish since it'll be tiled anyway. Going to put a door way from the kitchen to the laundry room. This has taken me many month's to get this far on my kitchen. Makes me wish I didn't waste my time on someone else's kitchen. Especially when that someone had no respect for me no matter how hard I tried to be part of the family. But that doesn't matter now. I gotta matter now. I gotta do for myself as much as I am able. Yeah it's raken me year's to get this far but just taking it a day at a time keeps me out of the hospital. I know I need to just let the past go and put it behind me but it hurt to get treated the way that man treated me. I really still don't feel comfortable with him living so close to me. And him being so hateful towards me. I really don't need to be going outside much right now anyway. With it getting hotter and all the pollen and sprays going on. Not to mention the CV-19 virus out there. No thank you. I don't care what any one says. I'm wearing my mask if I do need to communicate with anyone in person. I don't need to get any worse. I don't like spiders. Not my favorite ....? Thing to come across. Anyway. I've hardly been able to sleep. Finally fixed the drain line to the shower. Now if I remembered everything correctly then after I turn the water back on I should have my shower running! Been to many year's without a shower in this house. So happy to finally have it done. Even if the shower stall is temporary until I can finally start my mosaic. I did all that wiring as well. Just a bit at a time adds up like I always say. If you don't get that one thing done a day then you won't see progress. Yeah yeah! Wish I was like Elon Musk doing a million things a day but I ain't. I gotta be happy with what I got because no one else is going to do it for me. Finally!!!! Got a temporary shower installed!!!! Yes!!! I know Instagram makes it look quick and easy but this took me about 3+ days to do it. Probably would have gone quickly if I'd used my circular saw. But there was no way I could use that inside the house even with my particulate mask on. It would have left to much plastic and fiber glass dust everywhere. So I had to slowly cut the shower wall in half then angle cut them both to fit in the shower corner. Then I used silicone to seal it. Yeah it's ugly but it's temporary. I've not had a shower in my home for to many years now. Only cold water till I get the electricity hooked back up in this section of thehouse. Did I mention I still have to fix the drain pipe? To wore out at the moment but going to try to get that done tonight so I can shower tonight. I hope. After I get the shower going I'll get back to my tile floor. I'll not be able to tile the whole floor at once. My asthma has been acting up a lot lately. Been really wore out because I can't use my C-pap machine until I can clean the mask and hose. I'm going to buy a new bucket and lid just for that. As well as Apple cider vinegar. I really need to do that soon but I don't have myself a reliable vehicle that I can use out here in the middle of nowhere and no one I can really trust anyway that'd lend me a vehicle. Which I don't like asking anyway. I'd rather be self reliant. I don't want no one else's nothin. If I had a garage I'd get my little DatRod back on the road. I really miss driving it. Check out the before and after pics of this bathroom resurfacing we just completed! We applied a stone sealer and wax for extra water protection and we buffed the wax to a high sheen. The floor is a natural granite look with novacolor wall2floor.
