(considering the fact that i haven’t written about them in ages too, it’s okay bb <3)
who starts putting up decorations in october - Saina really loves Christmas. so usually her. Kabir’s never really cared either way about Christmas until Saina.
who buys the advent calendars - Kabir buys them for Saina after finding out she loves them.
who places mistletoes all around the house - Saina usually puts up one or two, and Kabir decides it’s an excuse to keep kissing Saina, so he puts up more.
who wraps the presents for other people - they wrap the presents together. (and wind up covered in ribbons and giggling like little children.)
who puts the final star/angel on the top of the christmas tree - Kabir always leaves it to Saina to do, because he loves the smile on her face when she’s got it just right.
who’s the one that hates eggnog - they both prefer hot chocolate. they don’t hate eggnog, they’d just have hot chocolate instead.
who’s the one that bakes christmas cookies for guests - Saina does, though Kabir helps. and by helps, I mean he steals cookie dough and kisses.
who sends out the christmas cards - Saina puts the cards together, labels the envelopes, etc. but Kabir is the one to mail them out on the way to work.
who knows all the words to twelve days of christmas - Saina has taught the words to Kabir too.
who’s the better snowman builder - Saina runs out to build snowmen with the children in the neighbourhood while Kabir watches with a contented smile on his face.
who starts snowball fights - Saina does. (Kabir has a couple of times, but usually Saina.)
who’s the one that wakes the other on christmas morning by playing christmas songs really loudly - Saina does the first few years. Kabir does it one year and surprises her so much that she falls out of the bed.
