W2D5: Today was the 2 week weigh in at Raw and I am happy to report that I am down 11.7 lbs but gained an inch (not sure how that works). Scales are so different everywhere you go but I won't complain about that. I have worked my booty off these last 2 weeks with 4 weeks to go. I have followed the given meal plan and have showed up to my workouts. I didn't workout today due to a little procedure I had to have this morning leaving me with a foreign object in my body and having to wear this reflux monitor all weekend. Nonetheless, i will definitely be back on Monday at 5am to continue to hit my personal goals for 2022 with my health journey. The thing I'm personally proud of is that I feel I'm pushing myself harder than I have ever before and seeing those results in my pictures and how my clothes fit now. I am constantly documenting my personal journey and photos for me are a big part of that. Not only that but the encouragement of my friends, family, Raw Coaches and the other Raw Challengers that are doing this right along with me.
