Gym plan
Wrote my 8 week gym plan out at work today (yes I was busy) and I can't wait to crack on with it. I'm going to start on Monday for 2 reasons. 1) I'm sussing my new gym out - going at different times to figure out when the best/quietest time to go is and 2) it's my birthday this weekend and it's going to be epic!!! So for now I'm still hitting the gym but I'm doing random workouts and eating clean. I shall post my workouts up as i go along. I've also bought a wicked ebook called the shredded chef with some major recipes in it. Can't wait to get cracking. Until then - laters!
