Not that I know of.
I believe she was named Chrysalis because she, and her changelings, are very insectoid. A chrysalis is basically a fancy word for cocoon, mostly used when talking about butterflies. I'm not sure what significance it holds but the web of slime Celestia was bound in looked like a cocoon as well. It may be a bit of a stretch but I can see how it can works with the character.
