Sooo~~~~~ I calculated my Ishta-Devi from my D-9 chart & it is EXACTLY WHO I WORSHIP!!!!! {Saturn in Libra! (*Lakshmi*)}
What this little information brought me was, a very deep & definite satisfaction. I had eagerly kept my eyes on her since past years.... So, to get a confirmation that she indeed accepts my longing & had been my Ishta since my first breath, without me knowing, is very fulfilling to me. It is a big deal for me! And this was all after I vented to her in my Diary lmao!!
It is very blissful to know that She's got me, afterall! It wasn't (still isn't) easy to find literally any good information on her, without encountering 'Vaishnavas' projecting her as a passive damsel, (some of 'em are now getting on with showing her in a more strong & powerful light tho!) OR 'Shaktas' perpetually making her to be some other Devi's Servant.....wack!
Atp, I deadass feel like Lakshmi, her worship, all & everything orbiting her is an "Acquired Taste" Not saying that people are uncomfortable or hateful towards her, but they are very averse to accepting her in her full glory. Very few do! ___๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐จ๐๐ข๐___๐๐๐พ ๐ฟ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฟ ๐ณ๐๐๐๐๐บ_ Like, SHE as "THE ''GOD'DESS'", the root of all other Gods. She as the slayer of Demons. She being worshipped with sacrifices. She as the great Maya. She as Shakti & Shaktimaan. She whose gaze itself overrules every other God & their Sovereignty. All that & even more. That too when we've got scriptural backing for it.... Even Devi worshippers have let me down when it comes to her, atleast the ones I've met. (this is a personal experience, not a fact!)
What I've wanted for myself was, I've got it!โค๏ธ
