These California Spicy Shrimp Bites are great for munching on during the Super Bowl. They're easy to make, taste great, and are good for people on the keto diet. Your guests will keep coming back for more because the shrimp, avocado, and spicy mayo go so well together.
Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 avocado, diced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce. 1 lime, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put Sriracha sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Spread half of the spicy mayo mix over the shrimp. Butter a baking sheet and put the shrimp on it. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked. Let the shrimp cool down a bit after cooking. Put some diced avocado and a dollop of the rest of the spicy mayo mixture on top of each shrimp. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh cilantro leaves.
