Whatsfood simple meal at home. Fried Kangkong with chilli with Shrimp Paste Chicken wings #虾酱鸡 that was marinated over for the last 3 nights. Not too overpowered with the paste and not too salty. The coating could be better if I can find a better mixture that could allow more Crisp to the coating even if left for slightly longer time. If you know of a better mix do comment below.
