Day 01: The song that got you into Muse
Shrinking Universe! I first heard this song in the trailer for the film 28 Weeks Later and I ADORED it. I downloaded it from iTunes from the Hullaballoo Soundtrack, and was listening to it non-stop.
I showed the song to a friend, who was already a fan of Muse, and she introduced me to the rest of their stuff. The love for them grew from there, and I’d eventually base my entire GSCE final Art exam on them!

I’ve made/ am doing this 30 Day Challenge for Muse songs, as a countdown to me seeing them in London next month! *is very excited*
They say the universe is always expanding, but I think mine is shrinking.
All these thoughts of degrees and jobs and marriage and growing up make everything else seem small.
I love it when I'm listening to Muse with lyrics and I just see this
Like yep, that pretty much describes the band.
Shrinking Universe suddenly stops on my iPod and I don't know why. This is not okay.
