Hello! I'm a Silent Hill fan who got Gravity recommended to me and I have been pretty much binge reading it for the past weeks. I wanted to let you know how much I loved it and how greatly written it is, though you might have heard this many times already but... it's always nice to hear it again maybe? The way the game's scenes were portrayed and how nicely they could blend with the rest of the story, all the heartbreaking flashbacks and the realistic evolution of James and Laura's relationship?

This was a total surprise in my inbox and I just want to say thank you, you’re so sweet. It is indeed always nice to hear it again, especially because life has been kind of rough on me (and..... the whole country lol) since I last published a chapter. Creative energy has been scarce as hell for me in the past four years and I frequently get down on myself for not being able to keep pushing on as hard as I used to back when I first started. But hearing from readers that I did justice to any aspect of it is a big emotional boost, always.

It really means the world to me that even though it’s such a glacially-paced fic, people are still finding it and enjoying it. And even moreso that it would inspire anyone to pick up a pen (or... open a word doc) themselves.

She doesn’t flinch.
