the cape and hat are mostly for show so she doesn't always wear them but she is a witch who can cause plants to grow and the name salem was based off a city in oregon which is where gravity falls takes place but also i decided she's a witch because of the whole salem witch trials in Massachusetts

okay this was a concept for salem aka the thirsty bitch

it was a quickly done sketch of her but i'll refine her design and color it later

she's also a stage actor but has actual witch abilities but she isn't widely known around the world but only in her home town
