She often sleeps with her animals! Yes, that does mean Miyako takes a sheep or a pig on the bed and cuddles up with them. Yes, they do make a mess, and the few guests to the farm report strange oinking coming from the second floor of the house.

Miyako’s a grump. The best way to get her sad is to cut her hair or restrict her ability to play the guitar and sing along. She doesn’t even get angry, just. Sad.

Tell her you love her songs! Play a song of hers! Miyako is actually rather easy to make happy, she’s just. Permanent grump face.

They…. don’t like expressing their anger at other people unless their buttons are pressed, so they will often take it out doing exercise.

Miyako is not interested. They will probably not be interested.

They live on a farm! A working farm, even, and they live in the farmhouse on the second story. There’s a bunk bed decorated to look like a den, and woods-esque wallpaper/furniture.

Miyako ever becoming romantically interested in someone is very unlikely, and what’s even less unlikely is them admitting it to the other person. While crushes can be developed, they’re more likely to be pushed back down in favour of the usual apathetic reaction towards others. And even if a ship sails, it’s going to be very hard to be intimate in forms aside from cuddles.

She has a mother and father who work on a farm and a younger sister!

Hanae is a extremely heavy sleeper. By that I mean, once she's asleep, good luck getting her up. Monobear may have to roll her out of the bed to get her to wake up and going, or just shake her very thoroughly.

Sleep headcanon:

Sleep? What is sleep? Jesper spends a lot of his night hours reading, mostly about ghosts and various rituals and spells. Sometimes he practices them. Sometimes he just has to spend a very long time tracking something down for a customer. When he does go to sleep, he likes it to be as dark as possible in his room. He always sleeps under like two blankets, even in the summer. He usually curls up on one side of the bed, one arm under the pillows and the other arm on top of them. If he gets too hot, he’s likely to spread out more and stick a leg out from under the covers. He sleeps in a black tank top and some kind of comfortable, thin pajama pants. His favorite pair has ghosts all over.

Sad headcanon:

If Jesper gets sad, he pushes it down with all the other kinds of emotions. He does not let himself feel sad. He hates it. There are a select few things that can make him too sad to push it all down, but those are all spoilers, so it’s a secret. sssshhh.

shit boy. When Jesper is angry, you will not even know it until he’s been pushed to his limit and then it’s like a fucking bomb going off, I’m so sorry. He keeps up this front that he doesn’t like to mess up by dropping his composure, so until he is absolutely boiling with rage he won’t do anything. When he gets pushed to that point, he is suddenly not polite at all! wow! who knew. He’s not much of a brawler, but he will yell, and he will pinpoint your deepest insecurities and use them against you. Whoops. 

Sex headcanon:

uh, he doesn’t even like to shake hands or be touched on the shoulder, so it’s basically 100% unlikely he will ever have sex. He just thinks stuff like that is so unappealing and gross. 

Bedroom headcanon:

He lives in the attic of his shop! It’s spacious and decorated nicely with antiques and strange oddities and plenty of shit on the wall. He just loves cool stuff. He keeps it immaculately clean. 

Romantic headcanon:

No, but, I... I could see it maybe slightly happening, but it’s not likely, and he will be bad at it. He pushes people away with such finesse and determination when they get too close. If he gets somehow romantically involved with someone, he is going to keep getting urges to like, fuck them over somehow and make them hate him. don’t love him.

Chances are, if he starts to care about someone, he will pretty much make a list of their interests and find them something really fucking cool that no one else would be able to acquire so easily. Jesper doesn’t know how to show he cares, and he doesn’t really want to do so, so he will just buy things. He might still charge you though.

Quirks/Hobbies headcanon:

well, most of you have caught on to this by now, but Jesper has an incredible fascination with ghosts. He’s been learning about them since he was a kid, and he absolutely never gets bored of it. He’s always finding new rituals and spells and shit to try out, and you can sure bet he owns a ouija board. or, you know, a good few of them. This sort of stuff led him into some witchy things, which is a good source for his rituals and spells. He loves tarot cards to death and does readings for himself as well as offering to do them for other people. He’s a big nerd for this stuff.

Likes/Dislikes headcanon:

He likes: ghosts and associated things, antiques, rarities and oddities, keeping busy, keeping everything around him and himself clean, trying new food, nicely crafted attire, supposedly cursed objects, reading, rain - until it starts soaking him, lemonade, coffee, mirrors

He does not like: people, children - especially in his store, ice cream, dust, being touched, having his personal space invaded at all, emotions, being laughed at for believing in ghosts, being reminded of his past, talking about his past, bubbly people, sharing a room with anyone

Old age/Aging headcanon:

Uh, he grows old like every human and he hates it and wants to die when he’s like, fifty. He doesn’t want to be an ugly ghost.

Cooking/food headcanon:

He’s actually a pretty good cook! Of course, he has to follow recipes, but he does a good job of it. He doesn’t particularly enjoy it. As for food, he likes rice dishes, coffee, and. well, i don’t know much about Japanese food. He likes a lot of different stuff, though.

Appearance headcanon:

He likes to look nice, so he dresses nicely and keeps his hair pulled back during his daily activities. I suppose it’s also worth noting that he has his hair professionally bleached and gets his roots touched up every like, two weeks. He wears colored contacts. Naturally, his hair and eyes are both fairly dark.

Random headcanon:

He started wearing gloves often once he started working in the shop, where things were often dusty. It became a normal thing, and gradually he just wore them all day, every day - until bedtime. Now, he doesn’t feel right having them on, and it gives him a good amount of anxiety to be without them, especially if he has to touch something or someone he isn’t sure is clean.

Divine Intervention | Jesper & Neil | Pre-game

Alright, cool, time to go to the craft store. Jesper didn’t go there often, and, upon stepping inside, he realized it was huge and probably confusing. He was never going to find anything in here. He glanced down at the note card in his hand, elegant writing listing some things he needed to get. Most of the things on the list were decidedly vague, such as: decorations for the front counter. Thank you, past Jesper. 

He crumpled up the note card and stuck it in his pocket. It was basically useless, anyway. He stepped further into the shop, lifting his gaze to the signs hanging above the different sections. Not terribly helpful, especially when he didn’t know exactly what he wanted. He should have sent his mother to do this, or one of the part-time workers in the shop.

He began walking through every aisle, albeit briskly, trying to get an idea of what the hell he was doing. None of this was antique, and his discerning eye was really only good with antiques or various curios. 

It didn’t take long for him to grow a bit frazzled, and not being able to find any workers on the floor was not helping. He got a little careless, so as he made his way down another aisle, he bumped into someone he hadn’t even noticed was there.

...And, there they go, stumbling. Jesper reacted quickly, grabbing the boy’s upper arms near his shoulders to steady him with gloved hands. Why did he have to bump into the least stable person in the store?

“I am incredibly sorry,” he offered, waiting until he was sure the boy was planted firmly on the ground before retracting his hands. He was much more relaxed without the physical contact. “Are you alright?” It felt like a stupid thing to ask, but it was common courtesy.
