Japanese restaurant “Shubari” serves the traditional Japanese meal “Backwheat”. The whole process of preparation and cooking is shown to the customers, from milling through paste preparation to cooking. As the whole method is traditional, through the restaurant and even at it’s garden, which occupies about 30% of the whole territory, traditional construction techniques are applied.
