Gaza boy starts treatment in North Carolina

Fadi Alreer, 17 years old from Shujiya/Gaza has arrived in Charlotte, NC, where he will be fitted with a prosthetic leg. Today he had his first appointment at Advanced Prosthetics and Orthotics.   Soon Fady will have a new prosthetic leg that will allow him to walk again independently without having to use crutches.  He is being supported by volunteers in the community.
